We don’t take pictures at every closing, but this one was extra special and fulfilling. When this couple came to us, they were thinking of buying a home and had a conversation with another dual- licensed agent and lender that were both out of state. They struggled with making the right decision on who to select to represent them in their first home purchase. After a few conversations, they realized that an agent working from out of state and a lender that wasn’t familiar with our market might not be the best way to go about it. We were thrilled at the opportunity to jump in and take really good care of them and make sure that they were put into the best possible situation for their young family. We made sure that they ended up in a well cared for home, great neighborhood with good school options and referred them to a very reputable lender to help them obtain their loan. Both the lender and our team were happy to provide extra services to them throughout the sale to thank him for his service to our country. It’s the least we could do! It feel SO RIGHT to know that they are in a good position now and that we were a part of their “next chapter.”
