My daughter’s neighbor recommended Tara to us when I began exploring the idea of relocating to the Denver area. I believe I would have challenged anyone’s patience because I took a year to complete my quest and I was all over the board with respect to the kind of place I was looking for. Tara was never impatient or put off by my shifts of focus. She showed me everything from condos to fixer uppers to new builds. Not only did she have to contend with me when I came to Denver from St. Louis, but she had to show my daughter who lives in Highlands Ranch many properties first in order to narrow the search for me. I never sensed that Tara was frustrated with my indecisiveness, nor did she lose her enthusiasm to help me find the perfect place. She is knowledgeable about the whole process, and always made sure I was prepared for the next step. Tara is a wealth of information and can make recommendations from painters to decorators to mortgage lenders.
At the end of this process I not only came away with a home I love, but with a trusted friend who I would never hesitate to recommend.

Her expertise was apparent as we viewed multiple homes, put in an offer and closed a short time later.
