Justin Acker is the best real estate agent I’ve had the opportunity to work with. I lived out of state and Justin provided me with a detailed report of the value of my home. At that time I was not ready to sell but a few months later I contacted him. He is super responsive and a pleasure to work with. He handled EVERYTHING for me. He and his family even mowed the yard at my property because the grass was tall and I was unable to find someone to get out there and mow it promptly. If that isn’t going above and beyond, I don’t know what is!!!! When the buyers came back with repair requests he had already gotten quotes for every item so that he had the answers to any questions I might have.
