We were looking to relocate from Durango, CO to the Denver, CO area. Tara worked with us while we were in Durango and accommodated our schedule when we came to Denver. We looked at a large number of homes over the span of 3 days (Sat-Mon). Tara showed us homes in various ares around Denver (Littleton, Parker, Centennial and Castle Rock). She did here research and helped us tremendously in our search.
Tara was always looking out for us. When we found a home we liked she was involved in the process all the way. The seller was very difficult but Tara was there to help us all the way. Tara and Doug both went to the house several times when we were out of town. There dedication was amazing.
I have worked with a fair number of Realtors in other areas…and honestly I have not thought very highly of them. You don’t even talk with the agent with some bigger firms, you get an assistant. Tara is definitely the exception to this rule. Tara was available 99% of the time. I would recommend her any day of the week.
