Having Tara Simmons as my realtor was a blessing. I required a lot of time of her due to my specific needs. Tara was always gracious, patient, and understanding. As well, there was a bit of a hiccup with my lender, however because of Tara, everything was quickly responded to and resolved in order for me to close on time. Tara is GOOD! We have been in several markets and have bought and sold 5 houses in fast and slow markets so we have had a lot of experience with realtors. Tara earns her money. She does all of the work and she does not just show houses. She takes pride in her craft. She is willing to do what it takes to find the home you want but she remains ethical and does not “sell out” to get a commission. Tara has also mastered the art of selling and negotiating. She also has the ability to work with all types of people. Tara would be successful and comfortable working with high powered wall street types or middle to lower income people simply need a home.
