Sold thousands of dollars over our asking price! Everything in their marketing process was high quality from the sign in our yard to the “highlight” signs in the house. Never had to wait on a phone call or text back. Paperwork was all over the internet. Easy to work with. Wish all the many the realtors we have worked with in the past would be like them. My wife and I enlisted Tara and Doug’s help in the recent sale of our house and in two home purchases in the past two years. In the case of both home purchases, the Simmons team was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable while we worked through dozens and dozens of homes in search of the perfect place. When we found the right one, Tara was aggressive and persuasive when it came to getting us the very most she could for us. The sale of our home was simple and relatively painless, and our house was under contract for over asking price within a day of being listed. Tara was especially helpful during inspection resolution in helping to get everything addressed as affordably as possible, and Tara and Doug have an array of contractor, broker, and mortgage contacts I know I can trust. 10/03/2014

I contacted Tara from Zillow and within few mins of sending her first email she called me back, that was the case throughout the entire process of finding and closing the house. She is very quick to reply back to emails and phone calls. She is very knowledgeable about Denver metro area. My wife and I enjoyed working with her and she made our home buying experience very quick and smooth. We would definitely recommend Tara!

Tara and Doug Simmons are great communicators and negotiators who listen to your needs intently, and execute your priorities flawlessly. What struck me most was that they are heroically responsive. When an excellent home came up in our search engine, my wife and I were out of town. Doug sprang into action, agreed immediately to show the home to my mom-in-law, who lives nearby, and provided a thorough video walk-through of the home. Tara and Doug established excellent rapport with the seller’s agent; stayed apprised of the level of competition for the home; and advised us strategically as we considered our offer. Justin Acker is the best real estate agent I’ve had the opportunity to work with. I lived out of state and Justin provided me with a detailed report of the value of my home. At that time I was not ready to sell but a few months later I contacted him. He is super responsive and a pleasure to work with. He handled EVERYTHING for me. He and his family even mowed the yard at my property because the grass was tall and I was unable to find someone to get out there and mow it promptly. If that isn’t going above and beyond, I don’t know what is!!!! When the buyers came back with repair requests he had already gotten quotes for every item so that he had the answers to any questions I might have. Selling a house with Justin is one of the least stressful things I’ve ever done concerning real estate. He really does do more than expected and makes sure that you are comfortable every step of the way. HIRE HIM!! You won’t regret it.

Doug and Tara make the home buying process a breeze. Our family was relocating from out of state and they began working with us before we arrived in Colorado. They were attentive, very responsive, but never pushy. They truly wanted to find us the perfect home for our family during a time were houses were only on the market for a handful of days. They met with us whenever we were in town and then showed us houses at our convenience. Once we found a home we were interested in, they worked diligently with the seller’s agent to secure the house for us and made sure all the t’s were crossed during the entire process. They are a top notch team and I can’t express enough how fortunate we are they were apart of our relocation and home buying process.
