Greater Metro Denver Market Report – February 2019

Did you know…..

• The Greater Metro Denver market started Feb with an increase of 8.7% month-over-month and 5.1% year-over-year in under contracts.
• Active listings increased month-over-month by 3.2% and year-over-yearby 29.5%. This increase in active listings has given the buyers more bargaining power. However, the month supply of inventory (MSI) was 1.79 months,indicating this is still a seller’s market.
• Average Days on Market (DOM) increased to 40 days,up 29.0% year-over-year with homes on the market 9 days longer in Feb 2019than Feb2018.
