The “shift” has begun and we’ll most likely see how that’s truly impacting home sales in the June report; that’ll be an interesting one! But for May’s numbers we can already see that the inventory has increased as well as days on market but that prices are still holding strong.

We expect to see a softening in June’s numbers (of which are released in July) which may provide some more opportunities for buyers in Denver metro.

We’ve decided to report a bit on Summit County as well since the market there tends to lag behind the Denver Metro market by several months….

Will be interesting to follow along there as well, especially if you’re a buyer that is considering adding a mountain house or condo to your portfolio!
