It’s finally here! Solstice is a new boutique community that we have been waiting for for quite some time now. This community will be the first (in our opinion) that is as exceptional as Backcountry was when it began roughly 10 years ago. WHAT WE KNOW in a nutshell:
•The sales office is NOW open
•Base Price of Homes Starting at $476,990 for the first homes to be built (The Harmony Collection)
•You can put in a $1500-2000 refundable deposit to be on the priority list for lot releases
•The best lots with views on the west side will not be released until at least the end of 2020 (or later)
•Interior lots will be small ; don’t expect large, private backyards. The lots that do offer views or open space will be few and far between and highly sought after. Will also likely have lot premiums in the $60-80K range, which of course is all speculation at this time.
•2-story and ranch plans available will be offered, however the ranch homes are a ways out from being released.
•Community features will include a resort-style pool, clubhouse and fitness facility. You can also count on miles of paved trails, parks, beer garden and other beautiful gathering spaces.
•The architecture, amenities and overall design of the community we suspect will be award winning. The plans Shea has for this great space are amazing and we can’t wait to see this community grow (& quite possibly become residents ourselves)!
